Cosmo is a very sweet boy who just recently came to SCSR.  He is 6 yrs old, neutered, house trained, crate trained, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.  He has lived outside his entire life, but he has quickly adjusted to the good life. Now, you would never know he had been an outside dog. Anyone who meets Cosmo can take one look into his eyes and see what a sweet soul he is.  He is somewhat shy, so we are also working on building his confidence.  Once he knows you he absolutely loves being petted and will look at you adoringly when you give him attention.  He is just a really sweet, sweet boy. He will follow you around the house, lie down near you, and just wants to be with you, no velcro needed. So, if you are looking for a calm, quiet Sheltie best friend, Cosmo is the one for you.
