VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Second Chance Sheltie Rescue, Inc. (SCSR) was established to provide for the rescue and care of Sheltand Sheepdogs who have been abandoned or turned into animal shelters, or who have been referred to us by their owners who can no longer keep them for any number of reasons.

SCSR,  Inc. is entirely staffed by volunteers who love dogs, and share a particular fondness for the Sheltand Sheepdog.  We always welcome new volunteers into our group, and are delighted that you are interested in helping out with our efforts.

Please take the time to complete this form. After reviewing the information you provide, one of our representatives will contact you regarding your time availability and the volunteer activities for which you have expressed an interest.

The accuracy of your answers is very important and will help us decide in what way your spirit and skills would best suit the rescue.   The volunteer application submission is not a guarantee or affirmation of any commitment by SCSR to you until your application is approved.  There may be other obligations that must be met following the volunteer application approval (e.g. foster home).
